Andy McCullagh

Andy McCullagh has had extensive experience in risk management and internal audit roles in various organizations. Andy currently serves as the Head of Business Risk and Controls at Frasers Group Financial Services Ltd., where they oversee the 1st line risk function and customer outcomes and assurance team. Prior to this, they held positions such as Non Executive Director at Magenta Living, Head of Enterprise Risk Management at Coop Life Services, and Senior Risk Partner at Cooperative Bank. Andy has also worked at Capita Financial Services, AXA UK, AXA Insurance, and the UK Department of Health, where they gained expertise in areas such as operational risk management, business continuity planning, internal auditing, and governance.

Andy McCullagh has a Master's Degree in Internal Audit & Management from City University Business School London, which they obtained from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Geographical Sciences from The University of Huddersfield from 1988 to 1991. Andy completed their high school education and obtained their GCSE's from Holy Cross RC High School Chorley Lancashire between 1979 and 1984.
