David Gentry

David Gentry has over eight years of property management experience. As Residential Facility Manager for The Lund Company, David’s responsibilities include but are not limited to: performing regularly scheduled property inspections and semi-annual roof inspections, defining the scope of work for projects and communicate with vendors/contractors as needed, the onboarding of new maintenance technicians and managing all facility insurance claims from start to finish. David has received the Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) designation from the Apartment Association of Nebraska.
