Lyn N.

Lyn N. has a solid background in HR, with experience in various companies and roles. Their most recent position was as the HR Director for Europe at The LYCRA Company, which they have been in since 2016. Prior to that, Lyn served as the Deputy Head of HR (Interim) at AFBI from 2015 to 2016, and as a Senior HR Manager at Allen & Overy from 2014 to 2015. They also held the position of Head of HR at Peterborough City Council from 2012 to 2014, and HR Manager roles at both AB Sugar and Peterborough City Council from 2011 to 2012 and from 2010 to 2011 respectively. Lyn started their career as an HR Manager at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in 2000 and later became an HR Business Partner at Pfizer from 2006 to 2007.

Lyn N. has a degree in MSC Personnel Management & Business Administration from Aston Business School. They also have an MSc in Personnel Management and Business Administration from Aston University.
