Endri Kosturi has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Endri began their career in 2003 as a Restaurant Manager and worked their way up through various roles and companies. In 2006, they joined D&D London as a Floor Manager, where they gained managerial experience in a structured multi-portfolio restaurant group. Endri then joined Busaba in 2007 and progressed to the role of Operations Manager, overseeing multiple sites and leading a team of over 180 people. In 2015, Endri became the General Manager at Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group, responsible for driving revenue growth. Endri then joined Peyote Restaurants as an Operations Manager, expanding the business internationally and delivering impressive sales and profitability. Endri's next role was at EPH Management FZE, where they served as the Director of Operations, successfully managing multi-million dollar projects. Currently, they are the Group Director of Operations - Europe - Middle East at The MAINE Group, supporting business growth and scaling the company into a multi-site operation.
Endri Kosturi completed their Maturity Diploma in Arts from Jordan Misja Art College from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, they obtained the certifications of WSET Level 2 and Personal License Holders, the latter from BIIAB, in 2011 and 2008, respectively.
