Cedric A Harmon

Cedric A Harmon is a seasoned leader in social change and equity, currently serving as a Partner at The Management Center since January 2023. Prior to this role, Cedric founded and directed ManyVoices from April 2010 to January 2023, a nonprofit organization focused on advocating for the rights and dignity of Black LGBTQ individuals and marginalized communities. Cedric also held the position of Associate Field Director for Religious Outreach at Americans United for Separation of Church and State from August 1995 to October 2008, contributing to nonpartisan efforts to uphold religious freedom. Earlier in Cedric's career, from 1992 to 1994, Cedric was the Membership Director at Dance/USA, supporting the professional dance community. Cedric earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Emerson College between 1984 and 1988.
