Rachael Atherley M.S., BCBA, LBA-NY is a seasoned professional in the field of behavior analysis with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Behavior Management at The Manhattan Behavioral Center since August 2024, Rachael has previously held positions such as Clinical Supervisor at The Titus School and Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Proud Moments ABA. Rachael's diverse background also includes an adjunct lecturer role at SUNY New Paltz School of Education and several positions at New Alternatives For Children, where duties ranged from Lead Behavior Analyst to Family Support Specialist. Rachael earned a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lehman College.
