Lauren May

Lauren May has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to the present day. Lauren currently serves as the Director of Research at The Marfan Foundation. Prior to this role, Lauren worked at Invicro as the Operations Process Improvement Manager. Before that, they held various positions at Backpack Health, A Konica Minolta Service, including Senior Director of Compliance & Subscriber Services, VP of Compliance & Subscriber Success, and Senior Director of Project Delivery & Compliance.

In addition, Lauren has experience in the academic sector, having worked at Drexel University College of Medicine as the Director of Research Program Development and as a Senior Coordinator. Lauren also has experience at Johnson & Johnson, where they served as the Global Planner and Associate Scientist.

Throughout their career, Lauren has been involved in a range of responsibilities, including managing teams, overseeing compliance and regulatory activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing process improvements, and conducting research.

Lauren May has a diverse educational background. Lauren started their education in 1999 at Drexel University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. After completing their undergraduate studies in 2003, they continued their education at Drexel University and obtained a Master's degree in Public Health between 2009 and 2011. Following their interest in further professional development, Lauren completed a Supervisory Certificate Program at Drexel University from 2013 to 2014.

In addition to their academic achievements, Lauren also obtained a Process Excellence Green Belt Certification from Johnson & Johnson in May 2007, demonstrating their proficiency in process improvement methodologies.
