Erick Sigmond has over 10 years of experience in the marketing industry. Erick is currently a Senior Director at TMA (The Marketing Arm), where they lead a team focused on building connected consumer experiences and defining content strategies for various clients including PepsiCo, Frito-Lay, and California Lottery. Prior to their current role, Erick was a Director of Connections Strategy at TMA, where they drove campaigns and mentored strategists on their team. Before joining TMA, Erick worked as a Senior Digital Account Manager at Motive: A Project WorldWide Agency, leading media-to-shelf campaigns for PepsiCo and Frito-Lay brands. Erick also has experience as a Senior Strategist and Digital Strategist at The Marketing Arm, where they worked with clients such as American Airlines, ExxonMobil, and Lay's. Earlier in their career, Erick held marketing roles at Simple Media, Regus, Quest Drape, and Wheeler Advertising.

Erick Sigmond attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing. In 2013, they also obtained a certification in Social Media Marketing from the same institution.
