As Director of Operations, Scott’s focus is to ensure that the processes, procedures, and systems are continually updated and expertly functioning. This not only includes internal applications, but also affects efficiency with ministry leaders and the couples who experience the programs.

Scott’s skill set and strengths truly shine when it comes to the development of the courses and the website. Every successful registration, element download, video view, and the automated generating of certificates of completion (to name a few) is all thanks to Scott.
