Matt Kelly

Matt Kelly has extensive work experience in sales and leadership roles. Matt currently works at The McAlear Group as a Sales Director since March 2023. Before that, they worked at NOX US as a Vice President of Sales from an unknown start date to March 2023. At NOX US, they were responsible for leading sales and operations, delivering quality and innovation in Luxury Vinyl Tile. Prior to NOX US, they worked at Fairway Architectural Railing Solutions as a Vice President of Sales from an unknown start date to 2018. In that role, they managed sales across three unique business units operating throughout North America. Before that, they were the Vice President Corporate Sales at Reading Rock Inc from an unknown start date to 2013. At Reading Rock Inc, they managed multiple businesses and led sales and marketing strategies, budgeting, and team coaching. Matt started their career at Edge LLC as the National Sales Manager from an unknown start date to 2008, where they successfully launched a new flooring category and achieved an annual operation worth $54 million.
