Geetha Ravindra

Geetha Ravindra is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Vice President at The McCammon Group since August 2022. Prior to this role, Geetha held the position of Director of Workplace Relations at the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals from October 2019 to August 2022 and worked as an Attorney Advisor at FEMA from September 2018 to October 2019. Geetha has extensive experience in dispute resolution, having served as a Mediator at the International Monetary Fund from October 2012 to July 2018, and as the owner of Geetha Ravindra Dispute Resolution Services from November 2007 to October 2012. Earlier career highlights include a tenure as Director of the Department of Dispute Resolution Services at the Supreme Court of Virginia from August 1996 to November 2007. Geetha holds a Juris Doctor degree from UNC-Chapel Hill (1989-1992) and a degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (1986-1989).
