Megan J. Meyer, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at The McDonnel Group since February 2021, previously holding roles as Human Resources Manager at UnitedHealthcare and as a Human Capital Consultant. Over the course of her career, Megan has taken on various HR roles across multiple organizations, including Director of Human Resources for Limousine Livery, where responsibilities included strategic planning, recruitment, training, and employee relations for over 150 staff. Prior experience includes positions with Delta Administrative Services as a Human Resource Generalist and project management roles with the American Cancer Society, where Megan successfully led volunteer initiatives.
