Rachel Bencosme

Rachel Bencosme has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Central Office Intern and Seasonal Leasing Agent at Trinity Management, LLC from September 2013 to August 2018. Rachel then worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Summer Institute for the Gifted in June 2019 to August 2019. Rachel served as a Social Worker at the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families from November 2020 to May 2021. Rachel then joined Bridge Boston Charter School as an Associate Teacher from August 2021 to July 2022. Rachel also worked as a Bilingual Paraprofessional at Boston Public Schools from July 2021 to November 2022. Currently, they are working at The Meadowbrook School of Weston, first as an Equity and Inclusion Intern from November 2022 to July 2023, and now as the Assistant Director of Equity and Inclusion starting in July 2023.

Rachel Bencosme attended the College of the Holy Cross from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. In 2019, they also participated in a study abroad program at Temple University Rome. Additionally, Rachel pursued a minor in Philosophy at the College of the Holy Cross, although the specific dates of this program were not provided.
