Position Details: 

As an Onboarding Associate at MedElite, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient onboarding experience for new hires while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will manage all aspects of the onboarding process, ensuring the timely completion of necessary paperwork, background checks, certifications, and compliance requirements. Additionally, you will review and process credentialing applications for healthcare providers in facilities, submitting credentialing packets and ensuring their approval. 

Credentialing Responsibilities: 

● Review and process credentialing applications for healthcare providers in facilities.

● Submit the credentialing packet to facilities and ensure they get approved. 

● Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider files and databases. 

● Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any credentialing issues or discrepancies.

● Communicate with providers and external organizations to obtain necessary information. 

Onboarding Responsibilities: 

● Manage all aspects of the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring timely completion of necessary paperwork, background checks, certifications, and compliance requirements.

● Coordinate with the onboarding team for seamless new hire transitions. 

● Assign access and resources to our internal systems based on role. 

● Assist the office manager with managing the inventory and distribution of supplies.

● Communicate timelines to external parties through the Regional Director Team.

● Streamline the submission of Collaborative Agreements. 

● Verify and validate provider credentials, licenses, certifications, and other required documentation. 

● Develop and facilitate onboarding orientation sessions, ensuring new hires are educated on company policies, benefits, technology tools, and departmental procedures. 

Qualifications: 

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in onboarding, human resources, or a similar role within a medical or healthcare setting. 

Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare regulations, certifications, and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA). 

Skills:

● Strong organizational and time management skills. 

● Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. 

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems. 

● Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. 

● Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 

● Experience in medical staffing, healthcare management, or a similar environment.

● Knowledge of employee benefits and payroll systems. 

● Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and onboarding software.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000
