Lisa Chothia has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lisa currently works as an Operational Efficiency Analyst at the Medical Protection Society, a position they began in October 2021. In addition, Lisa is the Owner/Director of SJ & O Property, where they help transform houses, supports local communities, and assists armchair investors. Lisa Chothia has an education history that includes various studies in different fields. In 1991-1993, they attended Long Road VI College in Cambridge and obtained A Level/AS Level qualifications in English, German, Human Biology, and Sociology. Lisa then attended Cambridge Regional College in 1993-1994 and earned an A Level qualification in Psychology.

In 1994-1997, Lisa pursued their BA Hons degree in English at Lancaster University. Afterward, in 1998, they briefly attended Queen's Marlborough Business College, focusing on Secretarial/Office Skills.

In 2005, Lisa studied Production Management at the London Academy of Media Film and TV for a year. Shortly after, in 2007-2010, they enrolled at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition and completed the NTDC/FdSc program, specializing in Nutritional Therapy.

Lisa attended International Teaching Seminars from 2009-2010 and became a certified NLP Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming. In 2011-2012, they studied at York Training Centre, specializing in Children & Young People's Workforce.

Most recently, in 2021, Lisa pursued further education in Lean practitioner at MPS, completing a program in-house.
