Mandy Tovey

Mandy Tovey has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Mandy most recently worked as a PMO Analyst at the Medical Protection Society starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at the Department of Health and Social Care from February 2021 to February 2022, first as a HR Operations Test and Trace and then as a Programme Management Officer. Before that, Mandy held the position of Senior PMO Analyst at Adare SEC from August 2019 to July 2020, where they established a PMO Centre of Excellence and handled pre-sales activity. Mandy also worked as an Interim Human Resources Advisor at Adare SEC from August 2018 to July 2019, focusing on cultural change, employment relations casework, and recruitment.
