Nathan Hartley

Nathan Hartley's work experience begins in 2010 with a brief work experience at Stainforth Construction. Nathan then joined Virtual College Ltd. in 2012 as an IT Apprentice, completing their Level 3 and Level 4 City and Guilds Diplomas in ICT Professional Competence. After their apprenticeship, Nathan stayed with Virtual College Ltd. and took on the role of IT Level 1/2 Network and Desktop Technician. In this role, they managed small projects, handled the internal phone system, performed basic VMWare tasks, managed backups, troubleshooted desktop and network issues, and conducted network upgrades. Nathan joined Compass Group in 2016 as an IT Engineer, specializing in VMware. Nathan worked at the Army Foundation College in Harrogate, supporting 2000 junior soldiers, permanent staff, and tutors. Nathan completed their ITIL Foundation v3 course and the VMware 6 course during their time at Compass Group. Nathan currently holds the role of Infrastructure Analyst at the Medical Protection Society, starting in 2022.
