Paras Jain

Paras Jain has a diverse work experience starting in 2017. They began their career as a Software Engineer Trainee at Yardi in July 2017. Subsequently, they joined CitiusTech in October 2017 as a Trainee Software Engineer, where they designed and developed a utility to populate a data dictionary for a product of the organization. In October 2018, they transitioned to a Data Engineer role at CitiusTech and developed a data ingestion framework using Apache NiFi. They also wrote PySpark jobs to infer schema and generate data dictionaries for products. Additionally, they developed an Apache Airflow workflow to replace an existing workflow and deployed a Data Transformation module using PySpark on Azure Databricks. In 2022, Paras joined John Lewis & Partners as a Catering Assistant before moving on to Medical Protection Society in June 2023 as a Data Engineer.

Paras Jain has a diverse education history spanning various fields of study. In 1999, they attended Kenam English High School and completed their SSC. Following that, from 2009 to 2011, they studied Science at SDSM's College in Palghar, obtaining their HSC.

Paras then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science at Aldel Education Trusts St John College of Engg Vevoor Palghar Tal Palghar Dist Thane from 2013 to 2017.

Recently, in 2021, Paras enrolled at the University of Liverpool to pursue a Master's degree in Business Analytics and Big Data, which they are expected to complete in 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Paras has obtained certifications to supplement their knowledge and skills. Paras completed the INFS Nutrition and Fitness Foundation Course in August 2020, followed by the INFS Nutrition and Fitness Expert Course in April 2021, both from INFS. Additionally, they have a C certification with Distinction from NIIT Technologies Limited, although specific details regarding the certification's completion month and year are not provided.
