Fabiola Pinilla

Fabiola Pinilla boasts extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. As an Independent Distributor at Herbalife since January 2007, Fabiola contributes to the company's mission of improving lives through direct sales and nutrition products. In addition, Fabiola manages operations at Colegio Montessori since September 2006 and has been involved with the Melton Foundation as an Entrepreneurs Group Champion and Fellow since 1998. Previously, Fabiola served as CEO of Regional Sinergy from January 2002 to July 2004, where responsibilities included relationship building, event organization, and budget management. Fabiola also held the position of Chief Operational Officer at the Local and Regional Development Institute from April 2003 to January 2004, gaining valuable experience in multidisciplinary team management and public sector administration. Fabiola's academic credentials include a Master's degree in International Business from the University of St Andrews and an Ingeniero Civil Industrial from Universidad de la Frontera.
