Andrea Preisinger

Andrea Preisinger has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Andrea has held various leadership roles in different organizations. Andrea started their career as an HR Director at The Methodist Hospital in 1996 and worked there for 12 years. In this role, they were responsible for strategic and operational plans for HR, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and retention programs. Andrea then joined AIG Retirement Services as an HR Director and continued to lead strategic and operational plans for HR consulting. Andrea joined HealthSpring in 2009 as an HR Director and later promoted to VP of HR, where they directed strategic and operational plans for the HR function for the Texas market. In 2013, Andrea joined RediClinic as a VP of HR, overseeing the HR department. Finally, in 2015, they joined The Menninger Clinic as the VP of Human Resources.

Andrea Preisinger earned a BA degree in Philosophy from The University of Texas at Austin, where they studied from 1987 to 1989. Additionally, they obtained the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2007. Recently, in August 2022, they completed a certification called "Be a Better Manager by Motivating Your Team" from LinkedIn.
