Mentoring and Development

The Mentoring and Development team at The Mentoring Alliance is responsible for designing and implementing mentoring programs that foster meaningful relationships between volunteers and youth in East Texas. They oversee after-school initiatives and summer camps, ensuring enriching experiences for children while providing support and training for mentors. This team also coordinates resources and activities through the Mentor Connect program, facilitating ongoing development for both mentors and mentees.
