Lea Nell Dungo grew up in the small town of Uvalde, Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station with a B.S. of Bioenvironmental Sciences in 2018.
Lea Nell spent five summers working for T Bar M Camp's Discover252--first as a counselor, then on the leadership team as secretary/registrar and finally as Women's Director in 2019. The Lord used this program and the people she worked with to transform her life and reveal her heartbeat for camp ministry.
In the spring of 2019 Lea Nell completed The Forge, Pine Cove's leadership and discipleship program in Tyler, Texas. This eight-month program focuses on developing leaders who embody a faith worth following. It was through this program that Lea Nell began to embrace and walk in her identity in Christ.
Lea Nell has been on staff with The Mentoring Alliance since August of 2019 and serves as a Site Coordinator for Mentoring Alliance Summer Camps. She is excited to continue working in camp ministry and looks forward to walking alongside college students as they pour into and share the gospel with the next generation!
