Myriah Sloan

Myriah is a born and raised Tyler native. After completing a B.A. in Biblical Studies and Urban Ministry at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, Illinois, Myriah moved back to her hometown to begin working full-time at The Mentoring Alliance as a Site Coordinator in November 2020.

Before working full time, Myriah served as program staff at MA in the After School and Summer Camp programs for two school years and four summers. Through her years as program staff, Myriah developed a love for the community and the opportunity to bring reconciliation and restoration through the tangible help and eternal hope that the ministry seeks to provide.
