Simon Harding is an experienced hospitality professional with a robust background in operations management within the hotel and restaurant sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager F&B at The Mere Golf Resort & Spa since May 2021, Simon has held various leadership positions including Operations Management at Bespoke Hotels, General Manager at OPTIMUM HOTELS MANAGEMENT, and Director of Operations at The Lowry Hotel. With extensive experience working under notable leaders such as Gregor Ritchie and Steve Ogden, Simon's career also includes roles at Exclusive Collection and Shire Hotels.
