Terry Pajka

Terry Pajka is an accomplished food and beverage operations manager with extensive experience across various high-profile venues and organizations. Currently serving as the F&B Operations Manager at Sodexo, Terry oversees concessions operations at multiple athletic venues, emphasizing customer service and client satisfaction. Previous roles include Director of Talent Development at Salem's Fresh Eats, where Terry established a robust Learning & Development Department, and Director of Concessions at Levy Restaurants, managing operations for Marlins Park. Additional experience includes managing concessions at multiple NASCAR events and serving in various capacities within MLB and MiLB stadiums. Terry holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation & Leisure Leadership from Ferrum College and certificates in Global Sports Management and Hospitality and Tourism from NYU.
