Lindsey Kerr

Lindsey Kerr is a highly experienced legal and political professional currently serving as a Partner at The Messina Group since October 2021 and as Chief of Staff to Senator Amy Klobuchar in the United States Senate since December 2015. In addition to this role, Lindsey has held various positions including Staff Director and Democratic Chief Counsel for the Senate Rules Committee, and Foreign Policy and National Security Counsel, advising on foreign affairs, trade, and national security. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Legislative Counsel in the Office of Representative Keith Ellison and as a Congressional Fellow with the American Political Science Association. Lindsey is a PhD candidate (ABD) at Georgia State University, where also earned a JD in Public Law and an MA in Political Science, complemented by a BA in Political Science from the same institution.
