Tim Baker

Tim Baker is a seasoned professional in community engagement and fundraising, currently serving as the Senior Community Fundraising Area Manager for Northern England at Shelter since April 2024. Tim has extensive experience in public engagement, having held multiple roles at All We Can from March 2015 to April 2024, culminating as Head of Public Engagement. Tim also contributes to the Methodist Church as a Local Preacher and serves on the Connexional Grants Committee, evaluating funding requests for poverty alleviation initiatives. Prior experience includes communications and administration at The Westminster Foundation and an editorial role at The Vine. Tim holds a Master's Degree in English Literature from King's College London and has completed various fundraising and business courses.
