Kerry Mullins

Kerry Mullins serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at The Metropolitan Museum of Art as of September 2023. Previously, Kerry held the position of Chief People Officer at KIPP NYC from 2018 to January 2023, contributing as a member of the Executive Leadership Team to set strategic vision and goals for talent management, including recruitment and employee engagement. Prior roles at KIPP NYC included Senior Managing Director, People from 2010 to 2017. In the consulting arena, Kerry worked at ELR Legal Search from 2009 to 2010, focusing on human capital policies, and at Major, Lindsey & Africa from 2006 to 2009 as National Manager of the Recruiting Services Center, leading a team that generated significant revenue. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Dance Performance from Hofstra University.
