Ferdinand Mase

Ferdinand Mase has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Ferdinand started their career in 1984 as the owner of PA.Construction until 2004. Ferdinand then worked as the Operations Manager at D & L CONSTRUCTION INC. from 2004 to 2010, overseeing multiple projects and managing daily operations. From 2010 to 2016, they ventured into their own construction business called Fjm Construction. From 2016 to 2017, they served as the Operations Manager at CSS Site construction, coordinating day-to-day operations and handling contract reviews and pricing. Ferdinand continued their career as the Operations Manager at Atlantic Construction/aka.D&L from 2017 to 2018, where they directed daily activities and performed plan reviews and cost analysis. In 2018, they became the Director of Operations at Stratus Group, managing commercial builds and site development projects. Currently, starting in 2019, Ferdinand is the Director of Field Operations at The Michaels Organization, overseeing project resolution, contract review, value engineering, coordination meetings, and other day-to-day operations.

Ferdinand Mase attended CCVTS from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a degree in Drafting. Ferdinand specialized in the field of Structural/Architecture. In 1984, Ferdinand Mase also obtained a certification in Drafting from the Vocational Training Council.

In terms of additional certifications, Ferdinand Mase has obtained various qualifications over the years. In 2013, they became a Divemaster (DM) through PADI. In 2019, they received certifications in Procore, specializing in both Superintendent/Advance and PM roles, from Procore Technologies. In 2020, Ferdinand Mase obtained the OSHA 30 certification from ClickSafety and the Erosion and Sediment Control - Level III certification from the Maryland Erosion and Sediment organization.

Most recently, in 2023, Ferdinand Mase achieved the Lead-Safe Renovation Contractor certification from Seagull Environmental Management Company, Inc.
