Kunal Chothani

Kunal Chothani has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Kunal is currently the Vice President of Acquisitions at The Michaels Organization. Prior to this, they held the same position at Stonehenge NYC from 2019 to 2020. Kunal also served as the Head of New York at Akelius Residential Property AB from 2015 to 2018. Before that, they worked as a Senior Acquisitions Officer at Beachwold Residential, LLC from 2013 to 2015. Kunal also has experience in acquisitions and asset management, having worked at Lexerd Capital Management from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they have held positions such as Program Director at The First Tee of Raritan Valley from 2009 to 2013, Acquisitions Manager at Signature Community Investment Group from 2007 to 2009, and Realtor Associate at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. from 2003 to 2007.
