Matthew Tyler Holcombe

Matthew Tyler Holcombe serves as an Assistant Project Manager at The Middlesex Corporation since April 2021, bringing prior experience as a Bridge Engineer on the I-4 Ultimate Project with Skanska from June 2015 to March 2021. Before this, Matthew held various roles in the US Navy, including Personnel Exchange Officer, where expertise in Surface Warfare and ship handling was shared internationally, and Executive Officer/Operations Officer, overseeing day-to-day operations during two deployments in the Arabian Gulf. Earlier in the Navy career, Matthew served as Deck Division Officer/Boarding Officer, managing a division of 33 personnel responsible for the maintenance and operation of naval equipment. Matthew possesses a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering & Management and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, along with an Associate of Arts in German Language Studies from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center.
