Neil Mulrooney Dbia

Neil Mulrooney DBIA has worked in various construction companies throughout their career. Neil began their career at Walsh Construction in 2000 as a Project Manager, where they worked until 2006. Neil then joined Gradex, Inc. as Vice President of Operations from 2006 to 2014. Following this, they worked at Skanska USA Civil as a Senior Project Manager from 2014 to 2015. Neil then joined Superior Construction: Southeast & Midwest Units as a Division Manager from 2015 to 2020. Currently, they are working at The Middlesex Corporation, where they started as Vice President of Construction in 2020 and is now the Sr. Vice President - Construction Southeast Region.

Neil Mulrooney DBIA completed their Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Waterford Institute of Technology from 1995 to 1999. Neil also holds additional certifications such as the Designated Design-Build Professional Certification from the Design-Build Institute of America, obtained in January 2020. In July 2019, they obtained the Construction Quality Management for Contractors certification from the US Army Corps of Engineers. In March 2019, they received the Traffic Control Supervisor certification from the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA). In December 2015, they obtained the Safety Trained Supervisor Construction (STSC) certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. Lastly, in May 2019, they earned the Construction Stormwater Certificate from the Indiana Department of Transportation.
