Alicia Shoulta

Alicia Shoulta, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Alicia currently holds the position of Chief of Human Resources and Manpower at the Defense Health Agency, where they are responsible for advancing high reliability practices and improving system operations. Prior to this, they served as a Staff Action Control Officer at the Army Medical Readiness Command, Pacific, providing readiness and health service support to Army forces in the Indo-Pacific region. Alicia also worked as a Workforce Management Specialist in the US Army, managing workforce operations. Alicia has experience in the nonprofit sector as well, having served as a Senior Campaign Manager and Fundraising Campaign Manager at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, where they successfully managed fundraising campaigns and recruited teams and sponsors. Before that, they worked as a Business Manager and Human Resources Manager at AMIkids and as a Registration and Volunteer Coordinator at Alice Springs Masters Games. Alicia began their career as an Adjudicator at the State of California, conducting unemployment insurance eligibility interviews.

Alicia Shoulta, MBA completed their Bachelor's Degree in Animal Sciences at the University of California, Davis from 1996 to 2000. Alicia then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in MBA with a focus on Human Resource Management at Columbia College from 2016 to 2019.
