Michael Pico

Michael Pico serves as the Chief Operating Officer at The Millennia Companies® since May 2023, overseeing operational functions and launching a hospitality management division for the industry leader in property management and development. Prior to this role, Michael was Senior Vice President of People & Culture at AION Management, where responsibilities included shaping company culture and leading Human Resources. Michael previously held positions at The Millennia Companies® as Chief Human Resources Officer, Spencer's as Division Vice President of Talent Management, and Pennrose as Chief Human Resources Officer, focusing on talent development and organizational transformation. Earlier career experiences include leadership roles at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, AIG American General, Pier 1 Imports, and Macy's. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from the University of Scranton.
