Shannon Valenti

Shannon Valenti has had a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. After starting as a Manager and Administrator at Retiree Housing Management in 1998, they moved on to become the Regional Manager. In 2002, they took on the role of Midwest Sales at ProRugby USA. Shannon also co-owned Syntek Solutions, LLC from 2008 to 2014, where they helped small businesses enhance their IT capabilities. Shannon then served as the Director of Operations at ABC Management Co from 2013 to 2015, followed by their role as Director of Operations at AIY Properties, Inc from 2015 to 2019. In 2006, they founded Infinite Options Consulting, LLC and served as the Owner until 2021. Shannon was also a Co-Owner at Infinite Options Finance and Insurance Group from 2018. In 2020, Shannon became the Vice President of Operations at The Millennia Companies and a Co-Owner at Studio 3 Salon and Spa. Their extensive experience showcases their expertise in operations, management, and ownership roles.

Shannon Valenti attended Wittenberg University from 1994 to 1998, where they studied Business Administration and Management, Biology, and Music. Prior to that, they graduated from Andrews School for Girls in 1994. Additionally, Shannon has obtained various certifications such as Certified Manager of Maintenance in 2013, Certified Occupancy Specialist Advanced (COSA) in 2012, Blended Occupancy Specialist (BOS) in 2010, Management Occupancy Review Specialist (MORS) in 2009, Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) in 2007, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in 2005, and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) in 2002.
