Dawn Meyers

Dawn Meyers has extensive experience in the property management industry. Dawn started their career as a Regional Property Manager at Dynamic Properties Inc in 2002 and continued in this role until 2009. Dawn then worked as an Asset Manager at Trek Development from 2010 to 2013. From 2013 to 2017, they served as a Senior Regional Property Manager at Pennrose. In 2018, they joined Monroe Group Ltd. as a Regional Property Manager and stayed until 2019. Dawn then worked at Edgewood Management as a Regional Property Manager from June 2019 to October 2019. In 2019, they also worked at PMI as a Regional Property Manager from December 2019 to July 2020. Most recently, they joined The Millennia Companies as the Vice President of Operations in June 2020.

Dawn Meyers completed their education at the Institute of Real Estate Management from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a CPM degree in CPM. Dawn also attended Saddleback College, focusing on Marketing in the Business program. Additionally, Dawn holds additional certifications such as BOS, LIHTC, CPM, TCS, and C3P from Spectrum, obtained in 2019. It is not specified if they obtained any degree from the Community College of Allegheny County.
