Dima Blyshchak began their work experience in 2010 as an Information Technology Specialist I at Hennepin Technical College. They then moved on to work at Plus Relocation Services, where they held roles as a Technical Support Specialist from February 2011 to August 2013, and as a Business Application Specialist from August 2013 to August 2014. From August 2014 to October 2019, Dima worked as the Director of Information Technology at Star Equipment, Inc, where they were responsible for developing long-term strategic plans for information technologies, leading a high-performance IT department team, and ensuring IT support aligned with business processes. Currently, Dima is the Director of Information Technology at The Miner Corporation, starting in October 2019.

Dima Blyshchak began their education in 2003 at Buchach University of Business & Management, where they pursued a degree in Business Management with a focus on Financial Management. Dima completed their studies in 2006. In 2008, Dima enrolled at Hennepin Technical College and obtained a degree in Network Administration in 2010, specializing in Information Technology.

In addition to their formal education, Dima Blyshchak has obtained various certifications. In 2010, they completed an IT Security Essentials course at Hennepin Technical College. Dima also holds certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics GP, including installation, configuration, deployment, and reporting. In 2012, they completed Citrix XenApp 6.5 Basic Administration training with Benchmark Learning International. Furthermore, Dima obtained certifications in SQL Server administration and querying from IT University Online in 2016. Most recently, they achieved AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner status from Amazon Web Services in August 2021.
