Joshua Castellanos, MBA has extensive work experience in operations management. Joshua started their career in 2014 as the Director of Operations at Bags Inc., where they oversaw various logistical operations, including managing Amazon Logistics. In 2020, they joined The Miner Corporation as the Director of Operations, responsible for day-to-day operations in emergency repair services. The Miner Corporation offers facilities maintenance, construction services, property management, and related equipment.

Joshua Castellanos, MBA, obtained their Master's Degree in Business & Administration (M.B.A) from Gardner-Webb University from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business at Mount St. Mary's University from 2010 to 2013.
