Hailu Alebachew

Hailu Alebachew currently serves as First Secretary at the Ethiopian Embassy in Havana since April 2022 and at the Ethiopian Embassy in Canberra since March 2019. Hailu has been with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia since November 2012, initially as 3rd Secretary. In addition, Hailu held the position of Second Secretary at the Ethiopian Consulate Office from July 2017 to January 2019. Hailu's academic background includes a degree from Addis Ababa University, completed between 2008 and 2011.
