Daniel Luna is a MS TA at The Mission Preparatory School. Daniel has previous experience working as a teachers aide and 5th grade science teacher. Daniel has also worked as a substitute teacher and led each class. Daniel has assisted with lesson planning and collaborated on ideas with teachers. Daniel also helped with the integration of technology into the classroom by setting up computers and projectors and also facilitated the after-school art club for students in grades TK-4th.
Daniel Luna obtained their Master's degree in Special Education from San Francisco State University. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Child Development from the same school.
Daniel Luna reports to Rebecca Hornthal, Dean of Culture & Instruction MS Humanities. They work with Natalie Turturro - 6th Grade ELA, Jose Tapia - 7/8th Social Studies, and Amanda Lewe - 8th Grade ELA.
