Phin Sutton

Phin Sutton is an accomplished business strategy and marketing leader with a focus on helping small to mid-sized businesses enhance their competitive edge. As Co-Owner of grobot LEAD AUTOMATION since April 2020, Phin develops tailored playbooks for clients transitioning from startups to established companies. Currently serving as a Business Development Representative at The Mission, Phin supports clients in overcoming business challenges across various services, including digital marketing and lead generation. Previously, Phin worked as a Business Development Consultant at Quantum - Employee Benefits, where focus was placed on maximizing employee benefits for client companies. Early in the career, Phin gained customer service experience as a Retail Cashier at Starbucks. Phin holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Liberty University, completed in May 2022.
