Ashley Jacque, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2011, they interned at both NASA Ames Research Center and Allied Machine & Engineering Corp., where they gained experience in aeromechanics and quality control engineering. During their time at NASA, they were part of the Large Civil Tilt-Rotor (LCTR) Advanced Control Law Development team and contributed to the development of a model for turbulent Batchelor vortices. Ashley also received a NASA Group Achievement Team Award for their work on the Large Tilt-Rotor Advanced Control Law Development project. In 2013, they joined Boeing as an Aerodynamics Engineer, working on various projects until 2016. After that, they worked briefly as a Product Planner at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions before joining Nationwide as a Graduate Research Associate in 2017. Ashley continued their engineering career at Boeing from 2018 to 2020, specializing in aerodynamics. Currently, they are taking a career pause to focus on their family by joining The Mom Project. Ashley's work experience showcases their expertise in engineering, research, and project management.

Ashley Jacque, MBA, received their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from The Ohio State University, where they attended from 2016 to 2018. Prior to their MBA, Ashley earned their Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2013.
