Nicholas Kot has a diverse work experience across different companies and roles. Nicholas started their career as a Distillation Chemist at Bedoukian Research in June 2016 and worked until May 2017. Nicholas then joined Indeed.com in May 2017 as an Account Executive focusing on acquisition, where they generated new business and conducted product demonstrations. In October 2018, they were promoted to Senior Account Executive and later became a Senior Account Manager for high-growth clients from April 2020 to June 2021. Nicholas then transitioned to Compass in June 2021 as a Strategic Growth Manager until December 2021. Currently, they work at The Mom Project as a Customer Success Manager, starting from December 2021.

Nicholas Kot obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from the University of Connecticut between 2012 and 2016. Nicholas then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Data Analytics at the same university, commencing in 2021 and completing in 2024.

In addition to their educational background, Nicholas Kot acquired several certifications. In March 2022, they obtained the "Account Manager (quota carrying)" certification from Sales Assembly. Later, in May 2022, they earned the "CS Cert 5.11.22" certification from the same institution. Furthermore, in September 2019, they secured the "Sales Edge 1 & 2" certification from Dale Carnegie Training.
