Arlene Bautista

Arlene Bautista has extensive experience in research and development within the food industry. Arlene is currently the Technical R&D Head at The Moment Group of Restaurants since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked as an R&D Senior Manager at Mang Inasal Philippines, Inc. from October 2018 to February 2020. Arlene also served as a Senior Research and Development Manager at Red Ribbon Bakeshop, Inc. from May 2016 to September 2018, and as a Research and Development Manager at the same company from May 2011 to September 2018. Before joining Red Ribbon Bakeshop, they were the R&D/QA Manager at Manong Pepe's (Fresh N'Famous) from January 2007 to April 2011. Arlene began their career as a Research and Development Officer at Chowking Foods Corporation from June 2003 to December 2006.

Arlene Bautista attended the University of Santo Tomas from 1996 to 2000, where they pursued a bachelor's degree in Food Technology.
