Joe Melton serves as the Vice President of Marketing and Management Support Services and has been with The Morgan Group since 2013. He is responsible for all areas of marketing for existing assets and all new development for the company. He also oversees Management Support Services for the entire portfolio.
Prior to joining MORGAN, Joe was the National Project Coordinator for Camden Property Trust in Houston, Texas where he worked for a total of 14 ½ years. Joe is experienced in conventional projects, repositions, websites, reputation management, employee training, and new construction lease ups in almost every market in the country. Joe has 19 years of multi-family experience, and has been involved in the development and opening of over 25 lease ups nationally.
