The Morgan Group
Nick Rivera is responsible for the day to day construction operations of all new development projects in the South East Region. Nick joined the Morgan Group in 2020 but worked with the Morgan Group in 2016 when he managed the construction of Morgan’s Midtown 29 project in Miami with a 3rd party General Contractor.
Prior to joining Morgan, Nick managed construction operations of multiple high profile commercial construction projects in the Florida market for 2 of the country’s largest and prestigious construction firms. Nick’s most recent projects totaled over 3 million sf of high rise commercial/residential space totaling over $1 Billion.
Nick graduated from the University of Florida’s M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction with a Bachelor’s of Science in Construction Management.
