Carlos Janibelli

Carlos Janibelli currently serves as the Global Director of Diversity and Inclusion at The Mosaic Company, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Carlos held the role of Director of Shared Services at Mosaic Brasil from March 2018 to August 2023, where responsibilities included managing a Shared Services Center for Brazil and Paraguay and achieving high satisfaction and NPS scores. Carlos has an extensive background in shared services and consulting, having worked for organizations such as Janibelli Management Consulting, Grupo Guanabara, Grupo M.CASSAB, EBX, Schlumberger, PwC, and Accenture. Throughout this career, Carlos has focused on service delivery optimization, process redesign, and strategic planning. Carlos holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from IESE Business School and a master's in Industrial Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, along with a postgraduate degree in Psychology.
