Kimberly Ramos

Kimberly Ramos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the benefits and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Client Advisory Board Member at Cigna Healthcare since October 2022, Kimberly is also a Founding Board Member of Tampa Bay Thrives and an Executive Board Member of the Florida Alliance for Healthcare Value, both positions held since April 2021 and April 2019, respectively. As the Director of Global Benefits at The Mosaic Company since January 2019, Kimberly has demonstrated leadership in managing employee benefits. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Benefits at Amgen and Consultant at Towers Watson, along with early experience as an Actuarial Intern at Prudential Financial. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Risk Management and Insurance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, completed in 2006.
