Nick Frank

Nick Frank is an experienced professional in tax accounting and compliance, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor in the MBT program at Carlson School of Management since November 2011, where responsibilities include instructing the Accounting for Income Taxes course. Frank has held the position of Director of Tax Accounting and Compliance at The Mosaic Company since July 2009. Prior roles include Senior Manager at Deloitte Tax LLC from March 2007 to July 2009 and Tax Manager at MGI Pharma from April 2005 to April 2007. Frank earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management between 1994 and 1998.
