Kara Chambers

Kara Chambers began their work experience in 1998 at HireKnowledge as the General Manager and Manager until 2002. In 2005, they joined Robert Half International as an Account Executive for six months. That same year, they started working at The Motley Fool as a Recruiter until 2012 when they transitioned to the role of VP, People Insights, which they held until the present.

Kara Chambers holds a B.A. in Journalism from Loyola University Maryland (1993-1997) and an MBA in Information Technology and Human Resources from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business (2003-2005). Kara also attended Loyola University Chicago for a short period in 1996 and Randolph from 1989 to 1993. In 2014, they obtained a certification in Kolbe from Kolbe Corp.
